Scotty

Scotty is my husband. Daddy to my two kiddos. The head of the household. The saint of the family. He is my rock and my very best friend.
Scotty has been in the car business since 1992. He started out by detailing cars at his family’s car dealership when he moved off to college and it escalated from there. He says it’s in his blood. whatever. I just know he works really long hours and I happen to think he’s just a workaholic.
He’s a great husband. We’ve been married for 10 years and my parents will be happy to tell you that anyone who puts up with me that long is a saint. And a saint he is. He never fails to amaze me. He is the strongest person I know. He never complains. He never wants for anything. He is strong in his faith and is always the best he can be whether it be at home or work. He’s the best husband and the best daddy. He’s good to his family, never quitting until he is sure we have everything we want and need. When he walks through the door at night he is always in a good mood, no matter the stress he is under at work. He doesn’t participate in anything that would keep him away from his family. When he’s not working, he’s home. He’s the most efficient and organized person I’ve ever met. And he’s so clean!! His sister dubbed him the nickname “Mr. Clean.” And it’s true. He can wash a car in a 3 piece suit without getting a drop of water on him. I don’t know how he does it.
While the past 10 years have been far from easy and we’ve faced many struggles, I can’t think of anyone else I’d rather have by my side than him. I knew when I met him that he was the person I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. I knew he would be my stronghold and I wasn’t wrong. That’s just another way of saying “I’m always right.” ;) His love and understanding is insurmountable. I’m grateful for everything he brings to our family. I’m blessed to have had him in my life all these years.
