Not that I really drink, but I still get carded. When I was 25 (boy does that seem like a long time ago) someone thought I was 16 and told me I'd think that was a compliment when I got older. Now that I'm older, I'm still not so sure

It's hard to be taken seriously in business meetings etc when you look like a kid. Maybe I should grow a mustache..... oh wait, I've tried that. Didn't work so well. All 12 hairs grew in really well, but didn't have that "full" look I wanted

When I was 16..I could get into any bar in town w/out being carded. At the time that was cool..but since that is how I established my love affair Larry..I have really aged and it's not so cool..

You know, I don't think we're going to do anything too special... which is really fine with me. I'm the type of person who is honest if I say, "I don't really want anything for my b-day. Or No, we don't need to do anything special". A dinner at home is totally fine.

I know what you mean about getting carded and not being taken seriously in the business world. I always looked way younger than my years... up until the past couple of years... seems life finally caught up with me.

One of the last times I got carded was at a grocery store and the little boy who was checking me out actually had the nerve to GAPE at my driver's license. Then a couple of minutes later, as I was standing there feeling pretty good about myself, he opens his trap and says to me, "I bet I just made your day." I stared at him and replied, "Well, you had until you said THAT!"
