30 weeks... - Yipee!!
3xsthefun wrote: LOL Yeah I know I'm crazy. Sorry I haven't been around much. I've been trying to keep up with a 3 year old and a 33 year man. Plus trying to get stuff ready for the baby.
Only 1 more day and I'll be 30 weeks. Gosh it seems so unreal sometimes. But I know it is. I've been having harder time sleeping at night. I had my 29 week appointment last Monday. Everything is still good. Heart beat is still really strong. And baby is still moving around like crazy. Well ok maybe not much as Kaitlynn did. My doctor actually had a hard time tryng to find the heart beat. I think the baby didn't want us listening. She had me sit up for awhile then after about 20 minutes she tried again. And heard it just fine. Guess the baby was being stubborn.
I had to take the 1 hr. glucose test also and I passed. Thank goodness The drink acutually didn't bother me at all. So I'm really thankful for that.
I will be starting with a new O.B. in the next couple weeks. Which is kind of scary for me. Because it takes me awhile to get comfortable with a doctor. But I know it will be alright. Since it is the same office I seen before I had Kaitlynn. They are a pretty good group of doctors.
Well just thought I'd update you and let you know what is going on. I hope everyone else is doing well. I'll try to get back here and try to update you on what is going on soon as possible.
supermom replied: So glad everything is going good for you - the last couple of months will just fly by as you are so busy - that's two kids, right - a 3 yo and a 33 yo?? <just kidding!>
I still get just as excited about someone else's baby - and this one is coming up fast!! WOOWOO!!
Don't work too hard, and take care of yourself, and do let us know how things are going. Sounds like you'll have your hands full for a while!
and hope to see ya around!
CantWait replied: Glad everything is going well for you, won't be long. Try and get some rest while you can, although I get more now with the little one then when I was pregnant, go figure
3xsthefun replied: Well my hubby(the 33year old) does act like a big baby at times. But he is still a pretty good husband. He took Kaitlynn with him today out to his parent's house. So that I could get some rest. He said that I didn't get sleep good last night. I'd like to know how in the world he thought that. I didn't even say anything. He said that I was moving around last night. I think he's the one that didn't sleep good last night.
Anyways I haven't really taken the time to lay down yet and relax. I've been washing clothes and cleaning Kaitlynn's room and the baby's room. Even though it will probably be a mess again tomorrow.
I've been trying to rest much as I can. But sometimes it is hard with a 3 year running around wanting to get into everything.
MommyToAshley replied: Thanks for chekcing in. Glad the appt went well. Uggg, the glucose test -- good thing it didn't bother you. I can't believe you are 30 weeks already, time sure is flying by. Keep us posted on how you are doing!
3xsthefun replied: Yeah, I will try and keep you updated most as possible. I know seems like time is flying by this with this pregnancy.
Mommieto2Girls replied: That's great all is well, keep us posted. Try to relax you don't have much farther to go...

3xsthefun replied: Thanks and yes I will be sure to come back and update when I can.
Hillbilly Housewife replied: Wow it goes by so fast! I am 22 weeks today...... phew!!
3xsthefun replied: Yeah the time does go by fast doesn't it. Just curious when is your baby due? Won't be long till your little on is here also.
Hillbilly Housewife replied: December 23rd. (or thereabouts....)
It does go by so fast! And I messed up - I'm 23 1/2 weeks! (thought the 3 was a 2 when I looked at my calendar real quick...)
I can't wait! I almost want to try those natural inducers (like proposed to Kimberly, Jamie's DW) but I am not touching any of that until week 37.
3xsthefun replied: You might have a Christmas baby then
Hillbilly Housewife replied: Who knows! I was early with Zach, and I'd like to have the baby as early as possible (after 37 weeks, that is - early, not preemie) so that the birthday isn,t shafted by Christmas.
I WILL throw a huge birthday party in July, if I have to, to get people to come. heh heh!
3xsthefun replied: Yeah I can see how you feel that way. My husbands birthday is December 8th. I'm hoping maybe this baby will decide to show up alittle early myself. But I just don't know. Since Kaitlynn was about a week late. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
Hillbilly Housewife replied: My doctor wants me to have this baby before Janusary 1st though...and quite frankly, so do I. So come 37 weeks....... I'm doning everything possible (and natural) to have that baby! Otherwise, maybe I,ll be induced on Dec 30th or 31st.......
