As you can tell I'm a little disappointed in that ending.

My3LilMonkeys replied: As was I - first off, the chances of them all having twins must be astronomical. Secondly, most people know they're having twins WAY before they find out the sex of the baby, so Lucy & Kevin at least should have known already.

But I liked that they didn't get married. I've thought for a while that Sandy's baby is really Simon's, and now it looks like there's a chance I'm right. And there's a rumor going around that some weird network is trying to pick the show up for next season.

ions_momma replied: I was actually a little disappointed too. It wasnt what I expected. The whole twins thing was kinda weird, and just the overall of the episode wasnt as good as I thought it would of been. But I am glad too that he didnt marry Rose.

And I hope that another network picks the show up! I would be sooo happy!!

mckayleesmom replied: Ok....I don't know what happened here....but when it went to commercial they were going to get ready for the wedding...and then it just skipped to the reception....It didn't even show them calling off the wedding...or where Sandy entered into the picture....someone fill me in on what happened?>...And the twin thing was just dumb...the writers need to be stoned.

They didn't show any of it. They skipped from showing mom and dad getting ready at the church to the reception , and then didn't show anything about sandy until the last 60 seconds. It was really weird. In fact, it wasn't obvious that they weren't married until the last couple minutes.

Seriously the writers were stoned when they wrote it.

Yea, I was really confused by that too. Sandy just showed up with the baby and said that Rose called her. That was the only time she was on there.

My phone rang during the commercial, so I though I just missed the wedding getting cancelled. Its weird that they just skipped right to the reception after cancelling the wedding.

The more I think about it, the more disappointed and upset I am getting about this episode. it was nothing at all of what I expected!

After so many years, you would think that they could spare 2 hours for the Camdens....

I thought the same thing! It definately should of been longer than an hour for the finale. They didnt go into enough detail for it. I am really disappointed

Cece00 replied: I didnt watch the show often (like...never, basically ) but I heard someone say something about they were all having twins & I thought that was lame, too. Its like they didnt even TRY to make it a good ending.

It's actually the same network. CW is the WB and UPN combining b/c CBS can't keep both up anymore or something. So they're creating a "new" network called the CW network, and they offered 1 more season to the cast.

and
Carlos and Mary are having twin girls

That's just too weird for me.

The reason they are having twins is so Eric and Annie would have SEVEN grandchildren. Thus the name, 7TH HEAVEN. They wanted to end on that note. Am I the only one who caught this? I knew they were all going to be pg with twins...as corny as it is and unrealistic at that.

It did suck. I expected 2 hours and the way they skipped around from topic to topic...even skipping some topics altogether...it was poorly written and I was very disappointed.

Oh me too!! Even DH who never got into that show thought that it was a lame way to end the show for good! Lots of season finales are two hours and this being the very last show ever...Grrr!

But if they all had twins they'd have 8 grandkids and then if Simon is Sandy's baby's daddy then that's nine.
