punkeemunkee'smom replied: I am on hold with the insurance company trying to get a rental car to replace the suburban....I tried to rent one this morning just to bypass this crap and I can't do it over the phone. The card you hold it in and the name who picks it up has to be the same or some crap. They have said this morning that Taylor should NOT be exposed as of right now so all I can do is over the phone. I am about to go crazy....I just want to be there to DO something.......
