I wish I could have worn make-up! No...my hair was flat as a pancake and no make-up on.

I can say one thing - the c-section was the scariest thing I have ever done in my life! My blood pressure dropped to 72/50 .... scared me to death. They had to keep telling me to relax and as soon as he was born they had to give me some medicine that made me feel loopy to get me to calm down, I am not sure why but they must have seen something going on that didnt look good with my vitals. His umbilical cord was REALLY big and looked like a climbing rope (like the ones at elementary school with the big knots in them) It was real strange looking but they said it was fine and was extra big to support him nutritionally. The placenta was as big and heavy as another baby. YIKES!

I will give you all the birth story soon. Just still trying to recover...I feel great though, took a shower the night of surgery, was walking around with in hours and had them remove all the cathider, epidoral and IV off of me. They said I did great to get moving so soon and it seemed to help my recovery time.

I hope all is well in PC world and will be back next week to update everyone.

Jake is doing GREAT and is very healthy and alert, he already looks a month old! LOL
