lovemy2 replied: I have to say that I thought it must be hormones but I guess you really don't like it - I LOVE it - I make two every year - that is the extent of my contribution to the holiday - of course if has to have lots of whip cream on it so to be honest I am not sure if I like the pie or the whip cream:lol:

DH doesn't like store bought pumpkin pie, but he does like it when I bake it. I told him yesterday actually that I'm going to make one and buy one at Christmas and have a blind taste test to see if he can ACTUALLY taste the difference.

If I'm at Starbucks, pumpkin spice lattes...LOVE them this time of year! I even like the smell of pumpkin candles, but hate just about every other scent out there. I can seriously eat it out of the can, raw. You guys are missing out - it's soooooooooo healthy for you! It's even good for your face!!!

This may be a stupid question but what is mince meat pie? It sounds disgusting! It doesn't actually have meat in it does it?!
