Kaitlin'smom replied: GOOD LUCK
let us know how it goes
DVFlyer replied: Is that an extra $15k a MONTH? Ummm where do I sign up.
Remember, interviews are mostly personality tests. If you can "click" with them, you will increase your chances of being hired.
Good luck!
My2Beauties replied: No not quite I wish! More like $15k a year, which equates to about an extra $600-800 a month depending on how many I claim on my W4 form. Still that is a decent amount of extra change in my pocket every month!
kit_kats_mom replied: Dont' forget to smile & make eye contact Also, be prepared to answer the tough questions like:
Where do you see yourself in 10 years professionally? What would you say your worst qualities are? Why do you want to leave your current work situation?
And most important of all....don't wear your work shirt with the missing button
Now, keep that smile on your face, relax and go get em tiger!
mammag replied: Good luck! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you, though I'm sure you won't need it. Let us know how it goes.
DansMom replied: I hope it goes well! Deep breaths, take your time.
My2Beauties replied: OMG Cary you remembered that?? That is so funny and ironic you said something about that shirt because I uh........ wore it yesterday!
TANNER'S MOM replied: Good Luck...
My advice..it is Ok to take a moment to the think and gather your thoughts. Don't say umm and use filler words. Gather your thoughts and speak clearly.
I think you are a highly educated woman and they will be begging you to come to work w/ them..
Oh I also read somewhere to never bad mouth your old work place, you know saying..well they don't treat there employee's well etc... You should say Well I have my degree now and it is time to move on..
What do I know though..One day I love it and one day I hate it here!
Mel
My2Beauties replied: Yes I knew I would be faced with the question about why I want to leave my current position here and I want to say because I &*$&&%^$ hate it here and they treat their employees like crap, but your response sounds so much nicer
I was wondering how to answer this really because I have nothing nice to say about this company and I thought about the degree thing. I was going to put that in there and I also wanted to tell them that I wanted to get away from positions tht require me to answer the phones all day, which goes along with my degree, having that now shouldn't require me to be in a customer service environment listening to irate associates all day long
DVFlyer replied: Mel has a great point. Don't ever be negative, unless you can do it in a positive manner .
Everything is great. Everything is wonderful. The company you're interviewing for seems like such a great opportunity for you. Of course, don't be cheesy, just be positive and excited about the prospect of working for this company and the fact that your skill set seems like such a perfect fit just makes it even more exciting for you.
amymom replied: Time is getting closer. I am sending good interview vibes your way.

A&A'smommy replied: GOOD LUCK!!!! and please try to calm down ((((HUGS)))) Your gonna do great!
