I have like $200.00 worth of Gap Kids clothes to get bigger sizes (he is a tad on the bigger side) and I hear Old Navy sales are rocking this week.........but he has his needles at 1pm...........would I be terrible
My2Beauties replied: Nope nothing wrong with a little bit of spoiling!!!
moped replied: Great, I just needed one persons approval!!!!!
I have the need to shop!
mammag replied: I say go for it!!! Unless of course he has some wild reaction or something. Have Fun!!!
Kaitlin'smom replied: let him be the guide, if he seems ok than shop, shop, shop if he is cranky the mabye a nap for him first....
5littleladies replied: I agree with Di. If he seems fine than go ahead, but if he is a bit on the cranky side then it probably would be better to give him a bit of a break before you take him out.
Maddie&EthansMom replied: He should be fine. Shots never bother Ethan. He cries for a minute and then he is okay for the rest of the day. He sleeps a lot (which may be a good thing if you are shopping)
Boys r us replied: He should be fine..I always take Braedon shopping after the dr..b/c his dr office is right beside the mall! But, his shots never really bother him until later into the evening anyhow if they bother him at all. Plus, if he's going to be in a stroller, it might be soothing for him to get his mind off of things and just take in the sights or if he wants to sleep, the constant motion of a moving stroller works out perfectly!
MommyToAshley replied: My ped recommended giving tylenol before the shots, that way it starts kicking in right away. It worked like a charm for us. Ashley was never too cranky. So, if he is doing well... then I would SHOP and HAVE FUN!
kimberley replied: i agree. he will prolly sleep thru the whole trip you'll have to post what you got
A&A'smommy replied: Nah just as long as he is upset I say have FUN!! Can I go I have to wait until thursday to do that
moped replied: I am totally pumped to go to the Gap, BIL got him a ton of clothes but all in 6-12, well he hasn't worn that size since he was three months old - so I am getting him bigger ones and a nice outfit for the airplane ride!!!!! Oh and maybe something for mommy too
coasterqueen replied: I agree.
loveydad replied: Actually he'll probably sleep right through it. When I took the twins for their 6 month shot, I had a bunch of errands to do. I went out to lunch with a freind, I drove around town, I went to a bunch of stores, and they just slept through most of it. IT just made them tired. They took it like champs!
