An update on my credit situation
My2Beauties wrote: I am so excited. So I got so mad about the way my credit union treated me through this whole ordeal that I wrote a letter to the VP of the credit union. Let me tell ya he got back with me yesterday and said he was going to do everything in his power to get this fixed for me! He just called me and they approved both of my loans that I applied for - I applied to refinance my car loan (my interest dropped over 6 percentage points, I'm saving like over $70 a month) and they approved my signature loan for $1800 extra. We needed $1800 to pay-off the loan we got for Brian's railroad school loan, we had to borrow money for him to go out of town and for me to have money while he wasn't getting paid and everything for the railroad. We've been paying $300 a month on it since last October and we got it way down to $1800 but with our furniture payments and our mortgage being over $600 more than our rent was we decided it would be best to consolidate in with the original signature loan I already had, so they refinanced what I owed on my original signature loan and put the extra $1800 on top of that, my payment will be even lower than it is now, because I'm refinancing for less than my original amount. I'm so excited! My letter was very very professional and I told him about how much I loved my past experiences with them and that I've never had nothing but excellent customer service and how they've helped me in the past but now that they wouldn't stand behind me on this and basically it made no sense whatsoever that the proof was there and they still said no that I was contemplating going to another bank and everything. He was very very nice!!!!
Kaitlin'smom replied: I am so glad you wrote that letter and they are now working with you. I was shocked that since you bank with them they treated you so bad. Glad he is taking care of what should have been the first time
CantWait replied: Well girl, with all those numbers I'm confused but you sound excited so I'm happy for ya.
MyBrownEyedBoy replied: Good for you, you stuck to your guns and the manager realized that something was not right. I am glad your payments will be less.
