Angel watching over Ashley or weird dream?
MommyToAshley wrote: We haven't really talked much to Ashley about Joshua. I felt she was too young and wouldn't really understand.
Last year, she said she "saw her brother in her bedroom window". I was a little freaked and comforted at the same time by the whole thing, because until that point we had never talked to her about Joshua. It also brought back a lot of memories. But, we took this as an opportunity to talk to her about her older brother in heaven. Ashley never brought it up again, and we haven't really spoken about it since then.
Now, fast forward to last night... In the middle of the night, Ashley woke up. When I went in to see what was wrong, she said her brother woke her up. I was caught off guard when she said this. I'm not quite sure what to think about all this. Is it a dream or her guardian angel watching out for her?
mummy2girls replied: Dee Dee, I have always believed that kids can see angels.. I think she did see her brother. expecially because she barely even talks about him and you guys never really said anything to her, and for her to just bring that up It would freak me out as well but i would also be comforted. Joshua is watching over his baby sister and will be her guardian angel forever! Thats is so beautiful Dee Dee! ((HUGS))
CantWait replied: Dee Dee you gave me shivers, but the good kind.
Definetly
jcc64 replied: Corey often speaks of seeing my dad and my grandma, both of whom passed when she was barely 2. It too makes me stop and think.
lisar replied: Honey Lexi has told me that her Grandma (whom she never met) will come and get her in the middle of the night and take her flying. She is not the only one that has said it before. Raygen will look at a picture of my Mom and say gandma. We havent taught her about my Mom yet.. So it puzzles me. I do believe that my Mom is thier Guardian Angel. And it comforts me to know that. Okay now I wanna cry. But yes I do believe in angels
A&A'smommy replied: wow that is beautiful!!!
MyBabeMaddie replied: Wow that gives me the chills. I definitely believe that Ashley is seeing her brother. Lucky her to have such a wonderful Guardian Angel
DansMom replied: My opinion is that children receive more extrasensory data than adults do (we actively block it, I think). They don't dismiss as much---they don't know what isn't "normal". They also have inventive imaginations---so hard to say. I like to think that Joshua was with her.
gr33n3y3z replied: That should be such a comfort and I think Ashley saw her brother also He is watching out for her
momof2girls replied: I really believe she saw her brother, an angel watching over her. Do you ask if she gets to talk to him? Like how did her brother wake her up?
I think its so very special even if its her imagination.
Boys r us replied: Ohhh Dee Dee, I believe in angels.... That is so beautiful!!!
Kirstenmumof3 replied:
I believe that she really saw something. And I think that it is really sweet that her older brother is looking out for her!
luvmykids replied: I think it could be any of the above....dreams, imagination, or real visits. But no matter what, I think it's sweet and I do believe in angels and wouldn't find it a bit strange for him to visit her
Kaitlin'smom replied: awww they deffinalty see things we cant.
sparkys2boys replied: I believe that angels exist also, take comfort in it.
redchief replied: I believe that saints can interact with us in small ways here. It would seem to make sense that Joshua would want to be with his little sister, however he would be allowed.
paradisemommy replied: so very sweet and gave me goose bumps..i love it - how awesome is that!!
