Anniversary

There were a lot of people in my family thought we wouldn't make it this long. Only because I was so young and because of the big age gap in our relationship. But I have to have we proved them wrong! I have to admit there have been times that I thought maybe everyone was right. We have had some rough times in our marriage, and thought that things would be over between us. Some how we always worked out those problems. I can honestly say I love him just as much as the day we first met. I really believe that we were meant to be together forever.


DH and I celebrated our anniversary on Saturday; we had a nice dinner at a Mexican restaurant, which was really yummy. Afterwards we went shopping and bought a new comforter set, some new bath towels, and matching throw rug for our bathroom. Pretty boring to some, but we really needed them. When we was done shopping he took me to one of our favorite spots and we sat and listened to WVU game, and watched little fish swimming in the river.

When we got home, just pretty much enjoyed not having the kids at home. We watched little bit of TV and watched Metallica S&M video.

I think we had a great evening, and really enjoyed spending some alone time together.

It is funny now, everyone in my family loves Rob, especially my parents. Some times I think they like him more then me.
