Any more news about the trip to Disneyworld?

I've got a savings account going for it.

coasterqueen replied: Sounds like so much fun but DH and I can only afford to go once and DH thinks we should wait til both our kids are old enough to enjoy it. So we are out.

That is Brian's question about it too, he thinks that when Hanna is 3 she still won't be old enough to enjoy some of the rides and attractions, he thinks she should be 4 or 5, we'll have to see how big of a 3 year old she is I guess, because she sure is a big 1 year old!!! LOL!

booey2 replied: We were looking at this just recently as my mom offered me 4 airline tickets to Florida and we would have to pay for hotel and everything else. My theory on going to Disney is that you stay and play in Disney. So that being said I priced it out on expedia.ca last night and at Disney.com and it would be about $5500 for the 4 of us to for one week in August which is their low season. So not so sure if we will be going even in the not so distant future - sorry.

Maddie&EthansMom replied: We plan on starting a savings acct for Disney World after this year and our medical bills are paid off. DH and I haven't discussed meeting the parenting club members, but we planned on being there then anyhow. I imagine I will arrange for us to be there at the same time and say "Oh look honey....the parenting club is here, too!!! What a coincidence!" LMBO! Otherwise he might think I'm a little ridiculous. He still acts really weird about on line relationships.

My DH is the same way! He thinks this is a big waste of time. He doesn't realize how much you guys mean to me . At least I'm not on eBay bidding on lots of junk like he does!

He might come around to the Disney World idea eventually. By then, we might be able to afford it. Only time will tell.


Maybe we will win the Powerball tonight and then we can pay for everyone to go .

My parent have a vacation home in Melbourne so we will stay there. Actually, we may be going after Christmas, because Dh is going to have a work trip to Orlando, so Jay and i may tag along

Boys r us replied: I'm sure we'll be in!! We're going to test it out for you guys this January! Braedon is only 2 and a half, so I'll let you know how much he enjoys it so some of you with kiddies that will be around three or so will have some idea!
