Any of the girls getting - an easy bake oven?????

booey2 replied: Actually Matthew (now 10) got one a few years back, I think he was 6 or 7 and he loved it and so does Thomas (almost 7).

ZandersMama replied: No girls here but zan has one, i think he was around 2ish, he couldnt do it himself then but LOVED to help.

My3LilMonkeys replied: We have one and really never use it - the girls prefer baking real cookies because they get to eat more.

Brias3 replied: Aliyah got one for her 6th birthday and still uses it at LEAST once every two weeks. She LOVES it, but I think I love it more! So fun

Seriously!!! I was watching my neighbors 5 year old a couple weeks ago and she pulled that out and I was so excited.

We aren't getting one for Miabella yet. I don't want to add to the SOCAL fires.

mckayleesmom replied: McKaylee has been asking for one for one of those or a gourmet cupcake maker. We looked up reviews on them and they both got horrible reviews..I know they redid the easy bake oven, but people say it doesn't work well.

I'm thinking we will just save the money and put her in the young chefs academy in January.

moped replied: I had one as a kid and it was very basic - 30 years ago, but I have seen them this year and there are so many cool things you can get with them, and all the new cakes and cupcakes look wonderful!

Not to wish her childhood away, but could we skip to when she is 8 years old please

Kaitlin'smom replied: I have one, yes me. I never got one as a kid and so DH bought me my own a few years back. I HATE that thing, give me my oven. It gets way to hot ontop I am afraid kaitlin will burn herself so I wont let her use it. Plus it takes way to long to cook something.

lovemy2 replied: Olivia has one - we still get it out once in awhile - they have mac and cheese and all kinds of stuff now!!! She has a ball with it (ok well I have a ball with it)

I never had one when I was a kid. Not sure if we'll get Summer one or not, I guess just wait til she's older and think about it.

Boo&BugsMom replied: I thought about getting Tanner the "boy" easy bake oven, but not sure how much he'd use it. I'm still thinking about it. I LOVED mine when I was little, and Tanner does like to cook things, so...this may be one of his presents.

mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied: Wil and I made out a list for Santa last night and guess what Wil asked for...."a pretend OVEN". Not kidding. I don't even know if he has seen one at the toy store, but that's what he asked for. So I may just get him one. He is REALLY into helping me bake...And I truly love it!!
