Anyone have a bounce a roo?
DillsMommy wrote: Peytons swinging days are just about over. He doesn't seem to like it as much as he use to. I've got to find something to entertain this child. I lay him on the floor and he'll roll onto his belly and get mad, I hold him and he won't sit still. So Tom found this exact one on craigs list for only $45. Supposed to be in excellent condition. We go to pick it up tomorrow. I hope he likes it. Does anybody have one of these and did/does your baby like it?
luvmykids replied: We didn't have that but we did have a different jumper thingy, they really loved it What I like about the one you have pictured is it looks like he can take a break from jumping and still hang out and be entertained for a minute or two.
Calimama replied: I had this one.. http://www.babyage.com/products/b9639_fish...xe_jumperoo.htm and Miabella LOVED it. One of the best thing I bought for her IMO.
jem0622 replied: I had a doorway one for the girls, and they couldn't get enough of it! I know many other mom's who swear by it!
Kentuckychick replied: Yep! And despite the look in this photo she LOVED it!!!

We bought this for our house and her mom and dad had an exersaucer and swing at theirs. Hands down this was her favorite.
$45 is a steal -- ours was $70 new. It is pretty large but it folds up somewhat. I would definitely go for this one over the original (which the little boy I nanny for had). It turns 360 degrees and has MUCH better music (ie; doesn't play the same song continuously).
We started using it when Caydence was about 6 months old because she is tiny her legs didn't touch, but we put a book underneath and she could bounce. She used it until she was about a year old.
MyBlueEyedBabies replied: the rainforest one was too big for johnny but he had a different one. it was teh only place I could put him down for a long time.
Hillbilly Housewife replied: Aww Lisa that siggy pic is just adorable...
luvmykids replied: I just thought the exact thing....wow, they're getting so big
MyBlueEyedBabies replied: thanks. I realized the pictures were a touch outdated....like 6 months outdated so now that is what my kids look like now
Calimama replied: Very cute!!
A&A'smommy replied: we have some similar ones like that at the daycare and the babies love it (from about 4months and up) the really go crazy on the jumpy one!!!
Hillbilly Housewife replied: Nice to see I"m not the only night owl.......
My kids loved their bouncy thingy too.
lovemy2 replied: I agree - Lisa those kids are beautiful - how is Johnny doing?
And my kids both had the doorway bouncer thingy - they both loved it - Olivia used to get it going so fast she would dent the moldings on the doorway - it had a plastic try all the way around so her fingers never got caught but boy did she do a job on that doorway
boyohboyohboy replied: we just got it for andrew for xmas. he likes it right now for about 15 mins at a time..i think it was because his feet dont touch anything right now..but we put a pillow under him and that helped.. he seems to like the plain old exersaucer better..but we hear he will enjoy this as he gets a little older.. that is a great deal..and i think they will have great resale value too if you are into selling things on craigslist...
grandma replied: The antique version of these 'bouncy things' was the Johnny Jump Up, it attached to the frame of the doorway, no toys attached just he bounce action....
DillsMommy replied: Well we just got home with the jump a roo and so far he LOVES it. He didn't really understand the concept of jumping in it though at first, but now he'll jump a little and start laughing.
Calimama replied: Very cute boys!
DillsMommy replied: Yes, I'm constantly looking for stuff to sell. That's exactly what I was thinking-- "hmmm...I can sell this thing too when we're done with it" I've never tried craigs list yet, but I'm an ebay addict.
DillsMommy replied: Thanks. Dylan had to jump in the picture and make that crazy face.
Danalana replied: Is it weird that I want something for ME to jump in?
Brias3 replied: Yes, we had something similar, but it didn't look as fun as yours! He should love it
DillsMommy replied: Not weird at all! Too bad the darn thing only goes up to 25 lbs or I'd be in it!
Danalana replied: See, I'm 28 pounds
Anthony275 replied: well once kade comes you'll lose that 3 pounds
Danalana replied: Oooooh, that's true! Thanks, Anthony
MoonMama replied: Oh Braedin had the same one as Miabella and he HATED it! I think most of you saw the video and pictures from it. OMG it was funny!
