C&K*s Mommie replied: You seem to be a great father to be. One area that even the best fathers, IMHO, fall behind in is the middle of the night feedings and diaper changes. If you do not 'pretend' to be asleep (esp in the early weeks following birth) when the baby is hungry, or you do not 'pretend' to not smell the "surprise" your baby has left for you, then you will have my respect for a long time.

I think some (maybe not all) mothers on here can attest to their DH's "pretending" alot when it comes to the babies needing feeding at 3am, or handing the baby back to the mother right as the odor is beginning to waft in the room.

C&K*s Mommie replied: yeah, whoever has them child when they did it, is who has to change them. That makes no difference with Chris, he is that "pretender", the one that can shut off his sense of smell temporarily.

SAL IS AMAZING ... we have made a few trips to Taco Bell at around 1 am when he had to go to work early the next morning and I have awaken him here lately with the complaints about my cramps and I haven't heard a complaint yet! I don't know J-Rod but ... from reading your posts and hearing what Sal has told me ... YOU ARE AMAZING ALSO ... your SO is very lucky to have you!!!

We are greatful to have all of you around when it comes to pregnancy because of course, we are not the ones carrying so we have no idea what you are going through.
