Beer Pong Anyone?

It's like a cross between ping pong and that fish game at the fair where you get a little ball in the fishbowl...only these cups are filled with beer and the object is to get the other team to drink all their beer. Ok, maybe I know more than I care to admit. Anyways, here are some pics.

Oh, and they didn't win anything. But they had loads of fun. At one point my brother did gamble at the casino they stayed at, and he was up $800, but he lost it soon after.

As Troy said..."Where was THIS game when we were in college???"! I never heard of it either, until my brother bought this huge tournament beer pong table and set it in his living room a year ago. They're hard core I guess.

jcc64 replied: I think it's the next generation of the ever popular drinking game, "Quarters". My ds plays it, albeit w/o beer (at least in my presence), with all of his baseball teammates. It seems fun, but a little bit messy, particularly if everyone starts getting trashed.

booey2 replied: Yup, Bongs are other "fun" stuff, beer pong and quaters were real popular back when I was at university, between 1989-1992 and still think they are today. Loads of fun and a great way to get drunk fast if that is your thing. LOL

HERE is a link to a YouTube video of flip cup. It's easier to understand when you see it played. It's tons of fun w/a big group of people (like you all get one cup) b/c everyone is yelling and you're sitting there trying to flip your cup. LOL Oh and it's messy too!

But we have played quarters. Where you have shots (not beer, real liquor) and if the quater goes in the cup you get to choose who drinks the shot. We always picked on the same person and got them drunk.

Yes, the tables are for Beer PONG (the game), and that flamingo thing is some sort of a make-shift beer BONG of sorts.

lovemy2 replied: OH I know I know - we play it with my neighbor's son all the time when he is home from college - its a blast - of course him and his college buddies can drink us under the pong table but its sure fun trying to keep up - in fact when we got home from my Mom's on XMas eve they were having a XMas Eve Beer Pong tounament in their garage Its a blast - but never knew about this - I can't wait to tell my neighbor and his son!!!!!!!!!!!
