Not having Lauren yet has put me in quite the mood today. I went to bed Polly positive and woke up Sally sour-puss.

I know she has to come out sometime but it sure doesn't seem like she wants too.

I need to figure out a way to get out of this funk. It's our 4 year anniversary today and my poor DH doesn't deserve for me to be a crab.

Maybe I'll try some art therapy with K. That will give him some free time to play his new video game or something.

I really thought we'd have Lauren with us by now.

DansMom replied: Darn! I thought for sure today was the day. Too bad about that tax break LOL! My nephew had his 7th birthday today, and I remember how happy his folks were to get in that tax year just in time. But January is a wonderful month to be born in, and far enough from Christmas to make the birthday seem separate and special. Lauren is waiting for just the right time.

Yeah... even though you're probably going crazy, she'll be glad later that she wasn't born on new years eve. I've always hated the day my birthday is on because there is so much going on you don't ever get anything done just for you. Allthough his year actually turned out great for me ~ they've been getting better since I started dating dh.
