Bug spray bracelets

amymom replied: I just bought two at Walmart. They had kids version and adult. I think it was just size difference.

mckayleesmom replied: What area did you find them in? I looked at Walmart, but didn't see any. Then again...our Walmart is remodeling and stuff is everywhere.

amymom replied: I found them both in with the camping gear AND over by the bug sprays / suntan lotions.

luvmykids replied: I found them at a drugstore by the other sunscreens/bug stuff. The ones I got are also glow in the dark so I can keep track of the kids as it's getting dark too.

I havent heard of those bracelets, very neat idea though!

C&K*s Mommie replied: While in Wal-mart tonight to grocery shop I looked for and found the bracelets, because I had not heard of them before either.

They are in the home and garden section of Walmart, which also is being remodeled but they are on the second aisle from the entrance. They had the ones called Bug Off.

They have for our family. I don't put them on the when they are infants, I usually put a second one on me or wrap it around the stroller if we are walking, etc. But Megan and Kylie are both old enough now I have put them directly on them. Well, with Megan I put hers on her ankle so she doesn't chew it.

MamaBear replied: I bought some last summer, got them at bed bath & beyond & was not impressed. They seemed to get bit up even more.

mckayleesmom replied: I think they just work like a cat or dog flea color....the bugs don't like the smell and stay away.
