After they go to bed we usually empty the whole sack it one lucky child's bucket.

luvmykids replied: We don't get trick or treaters here but I saw bags of mini play dough in Halloween colors for handing out, I thought that was cute!

Jamison'smama replied: Chocolate, smarties, leftover stuff from Jamison's birthday pinata, all the candy we pick through after the kids trick or treat, and skittles. We have around 200 kids each year and that is only between 6 and 8 the dedicated trick or treat hours---we have to buy lots of candy.
