Christmas Pics... Santa, Program, Lights - :)
MommyToAshley wrote: I hope you don't mind if I share a few pics from our week. Sorry so many!!! I can never decide which ones to post.
We went to see the lights last week and we snapped a few pics. The pics don't do it justice. I didn't take my good camera for fear of damaging it, but you can get the idea from the pics. Ashley had a blast. They had someone from the media there filming and Ashley thought it was a camera, so she stepped in front and made a cheese face. LOL. The camera man panned the camera to her and told her to wave.

This is part of the miniature village and train set. Ashley like jammin' to the 60's music.

The real Santa was there. Every 30 minutes he went down the chimney to his workshop (which you could see outside with his reindeer). Ashley was peeking through the window of his workshop as he was making his list.

Another shot of the lights. They also did a light show on the hour that was pretty neat.

MommyToAshley replied: Friday was Ashley’s Christmas program. She did so awesome. I was one proud Mama. She sang every song, had a part in the program, and loved every moment of it (can you tell by the look on her face? – she’s the one cheesing it up in the back row)

Ashley singing

More of the same program. The lighting was really bad (there was sunlight in many of the parents eyes from the window in the church) and I was zoomed in pretty far… so the pictures could have been better.

Ok, maybe we need to work on how to sit in a dress.

This is the part she had … she loved being center stage. Can you tell??

Hanging out with her best friend afterwards. Her friend is actually in Kindergarten, but came to watch the program after school.
MommyToAshley replied: After the program, we went to see Santa at the mall. They allowed me to take my own pics:

Ashely at the mall, playing with one of those funny mirrors that distorts your shape

Ashley on the train at the mall… she was still singing Christmas carols.

She looked down just as I snapped this pic, but I still like it anyways.

Looks like Ashley had a long day, she had to smell her feet, I guess to see if they stunk….LOL… silly girl!
