Claudia Did Great!

She told them that they could all share her popcicles with her! She was a little sick from the sedation, but she bounced back quickly and ate noodles and icecream for supper. Tomorrow morning at 8:00 she starts stem cell harvest. The Child Life Specialist had her room all ready for her with Dora videos, a Dora sticker book, a tool box full of pretend food and a magna doodle.

We have the consult on Thursday for Spencer's Radiation and on Friday Spencer is going under general ansthetic to have some teeth extracted and fillings put in. Poor guy, his teeth are so bad since the transplant.

Well I'm going back to the hospital in a few minutes, DH came to relieve me so I could have dinner!

Sorry about Spencer's teeth. I remember that being one of my dad's biggest complaints.

Kirstenmumof3 replied: Today we spent 5 1/2 hours on the dialisis unit for the stem cell harvest. She did really well! She had to lay flat, only propped up a little bit and could only sit up to eat! I'm so proud of her!
