Conjoined name or not?

We've told some friends that we are naming the baby Lily-Elle and a few have made the suggestion that we spell it as just one name, without the dash. I think it would be to confusing spelt as just one name.
Miranda1127 replied: i like Lily-Elle. very cute
redplaydoh replied: I prefer Lily-Elle too!
Twelve Volt Man replied: I, too, would use the hyphen.
kimberley replied: i would definitely use the hyphen or people could think it's Lil yella lol
lisar replied: I like it with the dash in it.
3xsthefun replied: I like it with the hyphen also.
cameragirl21 replied: personally i wouldn't use the hyphen but i wouldn't conjoin either, i'd just call her Lily Elle, kind of like how some people are called Mary Claire or Mary Catherine or Mary Beth or Anne Marie. I once knew a girl called Eden Rose, i found it kind of interesting and thought her name would have lost something if they'd called her Eden-Rose. JMO of course.
Nina J replied: I have honestly never thought of that. I just automatically use a hyphen, because my name is hyphenated (is that a word? ). I'll have to remember that and tell dh
A&A'smommy replied: I like the hyphen in it!!!
Cece00 replied: I'd just do it as 2 middle names.
Lily Elle Antonia.
No hyphen or conjoined name.
hopefulmomtobe replied: I agree.
Calimama replied: I agree. I don't like the hyphen.
EvesMom replied: I have to agree. My mother's name is Mary Anna (maryanna) without a middle name.
