Conversely, what room in your house - do you LOVE!!!

MyBrownEyedBoy wrote: I love my son's room. My parents came out a month before he was born and spent an intense week making it over. It has blue walls, light on top, darker on bottom, white trim and chair rail, and my brother the scenic design guy drew cartoon bugs and a frog on the walls. It is just soooo cute.

TANNER'S MOM replied: I love my western decorated living room..

My tables I did myself and gave them the rustic look.. w/ horses running on them.

I have pics of cowboys everywhere and a Large LongHORN skull is my centerpiece.

I love it. I have a large serene picture of an Indian Girl w/ her peace pipe and it is my best piece and I love it!

mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied: Unfortunately there isn't one I love right now! I'm okay at decorating, but I don't love the layout of my home. Now if you were to ask me this about my old house, it would definitely be the kitchen DH and I built!! Man I miss it...big island, cherry cabinets, stainless steel appliances and hardware, 9" deep sink....AHHHHHH! Why did we move??

mckayleesmom replied: I don't like any of them

gr33n3y3z replied: None right now

kayla's mama replied: I would have to say.....

My living room...we just bought new furniture, t.v., and ent. center....It's really nice if we keep it clean and move all of baby stuff out....

mom21kid2dogs replied: The great room! We added the room 4 years ago (along with a downstairs bathroom) and it turned out beautiful!! It's about 80% windows, has a vaulted ceiling, opening skylight, stone fireplace that looks like it came straight from a lodge, brick kneewall and tile floor. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the way it turned out.

MissyKay2005 replied: I don't like any in mine ether! Hopeing to move soon. My place is so small wacko.gif

luvbug00 replied: None right now. rolleyes.gif

boobies4virtue replied: Virtue's bedroom. It was dark panelling, so we painted it pastel green and ragrolled over it with blue. Then I took silver glaze and made bubbles on the wall and sucked glitter into a straw and blew it out over the wet glaze. Her ceiling is a drop ceiling so instead of replacing all the tiles, we covered them with fabric that looks like the night sky. I hung little fishies all over the walls, added an area rug that has fish on it and had MIL make her curtains, sheets, bumpers and a comforter with matching fish fabric. Then we got all the ocean wonders stuff. Oh yeah and we replaced the knobs on her dresser with shower curtain hangers shaped like fish. (took off the plastic hanger thing and attached a screw instead.) Looks super cute. We put so much work into it and the child has yet to ever lay in her crib for more than 30 minutes. as a matter of fact, right now, her crib contains her walker, infant carrier and two totes of clothes to go to storage.

NummyMommy replied: My living room.....which used to be the playroom but we painted the walls burgundy with a darker burgundy sponged over....hunter green carpet and burgundy couch/recliner....cherry wood library/entertainment center. I will just sit in there sometimes and be "at peace" and "motivated" all at the same time biggrin.gif

punkeemunkee'smom replied: wub.gif I love our whole house! wub.gif Tay's room is the perfect little girl's room-butterflies on the ceiling and flowers and butterflies on the walls! And lots of princess stuff~we both love it in there! love2.gif

JessC replied: I would have to say my bedroom. It has a tropical theme, and I have recently made this actual palm tree for it. I LOVE IT! love2.gif

CantWait replied: I like my olders son's room the best. It's the only room in the house that matches perfectly and is painted.

It's got aqua marine green walls and light coloured wood furniture with bright blue accents.

MM'sMama replied: Right now my bedroom snooze.gif blush.gif but usually my living room just nice and relaxing and I did the whole thing myself paint and all thumb.gif.

Hillbilly Housewife replied: I have 3 rooms actually - each of my kids rooms!!!!

Emilie`s room is a light lilac with Dark blue (almost violet) dresser and armoire... pink and blue bubble curtains that my mother made ME when I was little, cute girly stuff all over the walls, and a Disney Princesses bed set.

Zach`s room is a light blue, with the same Dark blue furniture that`s in Emilie`s room - but his look more blue than violet - he`s got a spring horse, a slide and some child puzzles all over the walls

Naomie`s room isn`t quite finished yet - but it has light tan walls, with some ivy leave decals in the corners - I`m in the process of painting little vines from decal to decal - also there is a dark green lazy-boy chair, an old armoire and toy chest that we re-painted hunter green - and fushia flowers, and a coupel art pieces I made myself...

I`ll really have to take some pictures to post - I`m relaly proud of the work I did!
