Could someone please remind my DH - that we are not a pet shelter?
Celestrina wrote: Until about 6 weeks ago we had an adult cat and a fishtank. Then, while our son was in a cast, he decided to get two hamsters (without checking their sex first). Now today he was at a park with Ben and someone left a litter of kittens . I think you can guess what is curled up next to me right now. .
A&A'smommy replied: awwww he just has a soft heart for animals I would be proud... although finding homes for a litter of kitten might be a little difficult
Celestrina replied: Believe me, I would not be with him if he didn't, but I just don't know how our adult cat (she's about 6) will take to a tiny kitten.
amynicole21 replied: Awww! I bet she's sweet Your adult cat has a better chance of getting along with a kitten than an older cat. She can assert her dominance easily over the kitten from day one, so there shouldn't be any quarrels... let's hope anyway! Good luck!
Celestrina replied: I really can't say I blame him. It crawled into the stroller and fell asleep in the diaper bag.
gr33n3y3z replied: Awww such a softy
JAYMESMOM replied: Aww that is so sweet he has such a soft heart for animals but you better watch those hamsters.
luvbug00 replied: LOL what a sweetheart!!
huggybugboy replied: awwww... I wish my dh had just an ounce of that! He told me the only way that I could have a kitty is if I named it Hitler and when I said ok he changed his mind.
mom21kid2dogs replied: Yeah, my husband used to say that about me, too! I got cured after Bailey. He was an awful puppy!! We finally love him but it took along time!! Now if I see a dog on the side of the road I wish him good luck.
Maybe that hamster snafu will convert him!!
Debbie replied: Thats so sweet!
3xsthefun replied: Aww! That is so sweet!
I'm like that too, if I could I would bring all of them home I see. I drive my poor hubby crazy.
