Could use any P&PT's... Dad's surgery is tomorrow

I am still sick with the flu, so I don't know if I will be able to be at the hospital with him.  I really wanted to be there to support him, and it makes me sad that I can't be.

JJJ replied: Your family has our prayers and support! My FIL is a preacher so I will give him a call and get the prayer support group together and praying.
They may let you in the hosp if you wear gloves,mask, covers for your clothes the whole works. Call the hosp and let them know you are willing to be completly suited up and ask if you can be there.

MommyToAshley replied: Thanks everyone! I talked to Mom and Dad last night, and we all agreed that it is best if I stay home.. the last thing I want to risk is Dad catching something while he is trying to recover.
But, I am going nuts right now waiting to hear from someone. He went into surgery at 10:30, and it is a 5 hour surgery. So, he still has 3 more hours in surgery (if he went in on time).
I feel so bad, I wish I could be there. I have lots of work to get caught up on and keep me busy, but I can't seem to concentrate. Thanks for all the prayers and positive thoughts, it really does help.
