DH's big job - Looks like a go

Looks like a go. They've done the land appraisals, we've gotten all the city approvals, the owner of the land signed the purchase agreement, and the investors today said yes.

Sooooo .... not sure how it's going to affect us these days as far as still having to move or not, but DH is on cloud 9. I guess something could still go wrong until the money is in the bank but all systems are go!

It's a retirement golf course community and he gets a lot of input into the design of the course which is the dream come true part.

Mine too, he's been dying for the last year working on this and is beside himself that it's happening. I've looked at sketches of golf holes for so long now I can't even see any other color but green!

But I'm very happy for him, he's worked hard to even get anyone to hear him out on this much less it actually happening, so he deserves it, if nothing else for not giving up on it!
