Day before weigh-in - checking in.......

Many of us didn't have a great Wednesday last week if I remember correctly so I hope we do this week as well as I hope all the losers from last week have continued that loss.

How areyou doing?

coasterqueen replied: I have done great with working out. I'm amazed at how I'm sticking to 5 days a week and not faltering. I'm on my 5th week of exercising 5 days a week. thumb.gif

I wish I was doing as well with food. rolleyes.gif I'm doing good, but not great. I'm doing about the same with water. Some days are better than others.

I'm ready to get on with the weight loss, that's for sure.

Sarah&Mackenzie replied: I am doing o.k. I am going to start going back to the Fitness Center tomorrow night. I just hope I don't "kill" myself!! emlaugh.gif

Kaitlin'smom replied: I am doing okay, getting my water in most days (weekends can be bad but did much better this weekend) I am committed to working out at least 4 days a week. Eating not to bad. I am hoping a loss but AF just showed up so we will see. I will hope we are all losers this week.

TANNER'S MOM replied: Well today should be the last day of AF.. I hope I drop some major lbs. I weighed this morning.. to see how bad...and it said 150.. now maybe by tomorrow it can say less..

I am having.. a turkey taco salad for supper. THen work out like crazy.

You would think I was a race horse seeing me go potty this morning.. Pee pee pee!

coasterqueen replied: You know I feel like I've been in the 146's forEVER! This Saturday I got on the scale and it said 145! I was so thrilled I got down on the scale and kissed it, literally. tongue.gif I ran in to DH and said OMG, I'm going to bronze my scale if it doesn't go any higher than 145 because I'm so glad to be out of the 146's. laugh.gif Well then I got on the scale on Sunday and it was 146.8 - same as last weeks weigh-in. dry.gif Where is the beating the scale icon? I need it! growl.gif Then I got on there this morning and it said 145.6 so that would be a 1.2 pound loss from last week, BUT there's tomorrow.....my scale hates me on Wednesdays. dry.gif happy.gif

jem0622 replied: I am hoping for better results since AF left the building. LOL. I still need to boost water intake. I seem to be making up for lost intake at night. I have been doing very low carb lunches and breakfast. Some carbs at dinner. If I can just be back down 1.6 lbs then I'll be happy.

kimberley replied: well i haven't joined the weigh in yet.. still need to buy a scale.. but weighed myself at the dr. i am 140 sad.gif my diet has been crap this week but hopefully i can contol the snacking soon. lots of water intake tho. hope you all do well this week too. hug.gif

My3LilMonkeys replied: Well I think I'm going to skip weigh in tomorrow. I had a bad weekend for eating and I'm trying to deal with some emotional issues related to my attempt to lose weight.

So I'm going to eat right, drink tons of water, hit the gym and hopefully have a better outlook and a good loss next week!

CantWait replied: Don't think I've lost anything so far this week, but I still have a workout tomorrow so we'll see. I did get to workout fully today, and hopefully my day won't be busy tomorrow at lunch time and I'll be able to get to the gym.
