Death in the Family - We could use some prayers

Kirstenmumof3 wrote: My husbands 2nd cousin passed away yesterday. She had Cancer, but we all thought that she had beaten it. She was such a wonderful person, so kind and caring. She has left behind 3 daughters and 1 grandson (who is almost a year old). Her daughter had just been in town with the baby, at least she got to see him before she passed away. This is so sad. My MIL is just beside herself, too much death in the family. This is the 2nd in less than a year. So overwhelming.

Kirstenmumof3 replied: Thanks everyone! They figure the funeral will probably be Friday. Which will be so hard on one of her daughters as that is her Birthday. But with the holidays everything is closed, I can't believe that funeral parlors close for the holidays. Her husband is just beside himself with grief. The 3 daughters and there dad went to mass on Christmas Day. This must be so hard for them. My MIL is just having a hard time.

Kirstenmumof3 replied: We just got the call and the Funeral is on Wednesday. I won't be able to attend the funeral and I won't be able to watch the kids, so my best friend is going to watch the kids for DH.
