Did you find out the sex of your baby/s??
5littleladies wrote: Hearing supermom say she does not want to know what her little one is started me wondering....Did you find out?
I didn't find out with my first 2 (girls), but with my third I really wanted to find out because I was afraid that I would be disappointed if it wasn't a boy and I didn't want to feel like that in the delivery room. Needless to say she's a girl and we wouldn't trade her for a bazillion boys!!!
Oh and I actually wasn't disappointed at all when I found out.
ediep replied: We found out...I just had to know!!! I am so glad that we did, becasue Jason room is very boy-ish all blue and sports themed and I love it. I love that his clothes are all boyish too.
Hillbilly Housewife replied: Well *I* didn,t want to find out with Zach. But hen aorund 6 months, I KNEW it was a boy, and DH and I made a bet... sooooooo...I wanted to go *Nyah nah...* and prove that I was right... so we told the tech not to tell us what it was, but we were both looking for a little wienie... lol
and we both found one. We had the tech confirm what we thought, and she didn't want to outright say yes, but she said *well it LOOKS like a boy...but I can't say that 100% until it's born.* lol!
With this one, I don't want to find out, DH does, so most likely the same thign will happen again!
kit_kats_mom replied: We found out.
MommyToAshley replied: I had to know...LOL. We knew from almost the first ultra sound.
dhoppygirl replied: We decided not to find out with Peyton. We had both a girl and a boy name picked out. I never had a feeling of what he was going to be, like some people do. I also had a lot of people that wanted me to have the ultrasound tech write down on a piece of paper what sex the baby was and then give it directly to them (that was my SIL, she couldn't stand the wait). We plan on not finding out the sexes of our future kids...the surprise is awesome!
MomToMany replied: We found out with the three boys, and they were right. We wanted to find out with Hannah, but the only U/S I had was at 10 weeks, and that's too early, so she was a surprise. I really thought I was having another boy, and that's what I told everybody, so all I got was boy clothes. Boy, was I shocked when the Dr. said, "It's a GIRL!"
jdkjd replied: We found out. I wanted to be surprised but my DH and his parents overruled me.
supermom replied: I never wanted to know - didn't find out with any of them but the first, and that was by accident. We had to have quite a few u/s because of the problems I was having. We were watching the screen, but it wasn't the weenie we saw, it was the other boy parts - two little round ones! It was SO obvious that neither one of us had to even ask what we were seeing. The doctor told us with Anders he could let us know, but we declined - I didn't really see anything that obvious with him, though.
amynicole21 replied: We didn't find out with Sophia. DH would have preferred we did, but I overruled him - of course! LOL! I don't want to find out with any of my next kids, either. I just loved the *wondering* and the surprise at the end.

momofajcl replied: We didn't have the option to find out w/ds#1 and ds#2..doctor only believed in u/s when it was necessary (ie. finding heart beat when it couldn't be heard on dopplar at 10 weeks). I only got the one u/s with them at 10 weeks. But with Nicholas we were able to find out.
Insanemomof3 replied: We found out. But with this one, I am 21 weeks and the ultrasound tech didn't tell us (had u/s at 18weeks). Said she doesn't like to say for sure until around 22 weeks. Unfortunatly we have no u/s scheduled between now and when the baby comes. :-(

CantWait replied: With our first one we didn't find out.
With this one, I didn't want to know but dh wanted to be prepared so we found out it is going to be a boy. Although I firmly believe it's a girl. Guess we'll have to wait the 10 and a half weeks and see.
Roxworld replied: We found out Aidan was a boy at 17 wks....and never looked back....lol. My Dr said she couldn't put it in stone.....but that she had been doing u/s's along time....and she was 99% sure it was a boy. She was really cool and did quick scans all the time for us, and I work in imaging....so I pulled some strings and had friends doing u/s's for me at work.....not once did anyone mention the possibility of Aidan being a girl.....I think we would have gone crazy not knowing. My dh has mentioned that maybe for the next one we should not find out...so i'm thinking about it.....if we don't find out.....my mom is going to have a heart attack.....she has to know everything
