Do you pick your nose?? lol..

Nina J wrote: Curiosity killed the cat, lol. Dana's post made me wonder who picks there nose??

Calimama replied: No, I find it totally disgusting. puke.gif

ZandersMama replied:
tongue.gif How do you clean it? blush.gif

Calimama replied:
Tissues. wink.gif

Brias3 replied:
I do too- I agree with you totally!

If I HAVE to get something out of my nose, I'll blow or try and use a Kleenex and then scrub my hands afterwards. Something about boogers just really GROSSES me out.

My kids weren't ever regular nose-pickers but when I did catch them in the act, it was straight to the bathroom to wash, no matter what. It's just a habit I can't stand!

sparkys2boys replied: OMG.. tooooooooo funny!! What a question..lol!! Ermmm.. tissure was invented for a reason!!! tongue.gif

Insanemomof3 replied: LOL Even using a kleenex to get something out is still technically 'picking your nose'. Just thought I would point that out. That is the only way I do it. smile.gif rolling_smile.gif emlaugh.gif blush.gif

MoonMama replied: Ewww no!

Nina J replied: The only people actually replying are the people who don't pick their nose.

Crystalina replied:
Let me stand up and raise my hand. I do not pick as a hobby but if it needs picking it has to be done. With that being said, at home I use tissues but if I'm out and have nothing....well, but I always have hand sanitizer. So really where's the harm in it. My Gosh, really...who doesn't.

Have you ever picked your babys nose? unsure.gif
**ETA**
The question is for anyone in general and not one particular person. After rereading the post it sounded like I'm addressing one person. blush.gif

MotherForever2043 replied:
Same Here. And I NEVER pick my nose in public. Thats just .....no. puke.gif

Crystalina replied:
I like the people who pick in their car "because we can't see them". rolling_smile.gif

Boo&BugsMom replied:
LOL! I thought the same thing!

Ok...here it goes...I sometimes use a Q-tip when there is something stuck and can't be blown out. I can't stand nose crusties so I will get those with a Kleenex, but sometimes a Kleenex doesn't work and gets in the way. I am also an avid handwasher though as well, you touch any crevis on your body...go wash your hands...blah! I find it hard to believe that there is anyone who NEVER picks just a little bit to get something out that may be stuck and can't blow it out, even around the edges. Everyone gets crusties. happy.gif

Kaitlin'smom replied: I do when I have to, and yes I have picked Kait's nose I HATE seeing boogers/snoot in kids noses more than the ickyness of picking. I always wash or use hand sanitizer after. Needless to say kaitlin has learnd to blow really well and you bet if she wont blow I will get them out.

Calimama replied: I use tissues or wipes on Bella's nose since she knows how to blow into a tissue. wink.gif

kimberley replied: laugh.gif funny! i do when i have to but the kids.. more than i should admit too lol blush.gif

Crystalina replied:
rolling_smile.gif Sometimes (if the kids are in a mood) I will just wait until they fall asleep. happy.gif There are many times they have woken up to me trying to clean their noses (especially in the winter). Oh....the memories they'll have. wub.gif

Jackie012007 replied: I put "when i have to" because I have a nose ring and sometimes it gets twisted around and pokes me in the septum - then I have to stick a finger in there and adjust it, and, in essence, pick my nose!

Nina J replied: Well, now other people have said it, I guess I will too. I'm a nose picker when nessecary..then I wash my hands. It always make me laugh when little kids just pick their nose in public without a care in the worl emlaugh.gif

MyBlueEyedBabies replied: I'll admit it. I do when I need to...though since we moved to Colorado that seems to be fairly frequently. The thought of a kleenex going after teh dry crusty stuff up there is soooooooo unappealing when I'm in a zero humidity enviroment.

As for teh kids...yes I have done theirs too. Tweezers have been used more than once.
