Do you stay in your pj's all day?
Nina J wrote: Since I was a teenager, I've always stayed in my pyjama's until I have to go somewhere or we have visitors. I usually wear my pyjama pants and a regular shirt, so I can change in 2 seconds if we have unexpected visitors, lol.
I sometimes put my pyjama pants back on when I get home from going somewhere, lol. I have friends who do the same thing, and some who think it's really weird to wear your pj's all the time.
Calimama replied: No. I have sweats but they aren't PJ's. I don't always dress up, but I'm always dressed enough that if someone came over I'd be fine.
My3LilMonkeys replied: Sundays are PJ day in our house. Unless we're going out the whole family stays in their pjs.
And if we do have company, I'm sufficiently covered and honestly could generally care less if they see me in my jammies.
Hillbilly Housewife replied: Unless I"m not planning to do anything... no. If I stay in my pj's all day, I cant do anything. No laundry, no cooking etc... I have to be dressed to "work". Go figure.
Course, putting on pjs for me would be like getting dressed, since I don't really use em.
Maddie&EthansMom replied: Loungewear I like to call it.
I'm like you, I change back into my pjs as soon as I walk in the door from going somewhere.
Danalana replied: If I don't have to go anywhere, I stay in them all day long. But they're sweats...I don't have any actualy pajamas. well, not any that I can wear anymore
Anthony275 replied: ugh no if i even wear pajamas i cant leave my room without getting dressed
redchief replied: No... I would need a day without requirements for that to be possible. Besides, I sleep in my underwear.
my2monkeyboys replied: I don't, bc I don't wear them. (Yep, if my house caught fire in the middle of the night the neighborhood would see everything God gave me!) I do have lounging clothes (like sweats, big tshirts, etc) that I wear at night after I cook dinner, but before I go to bed. I figure if you're at my house at 7:30 at night, I know you enough not to care if you see me looking all slouchy.
Kirstenmumof3 replied: If I don't have anywhere to go, then I stay in my pj's all day. On the weekends I'm usually always in my pj's and even walked over to DH's house in my pj's!
MoonMama replied: Not usually. If I'm sick then yes sometimes. But if I'm just hanging around the house all day I'll usually just wear a jogging suit which is perfectly fine to go out in too.
A&A'smommy replied: HECK YA!!!! But my pjs are like jamma pants and a tshirt, or I have this pair of pants that are maternity they are kinda pajamma like but yet its an "out" outfit SOO comfy I get most of my work done when I'm not dressed I dunno why, then I shower and get dressed (sometimes).
HuskerMom replied: I do a lot. But my pj's are usually a t-shirt and pj pants. Lately that's the only thing that's comfy anyway.
luvmykids replied: Not often, because I have to take the kids to school. And like Rocky, if I do stay in them I can't get anything done. But I wear comfy clothes if I'm just hanging around the house, yoga pants or sweats and a tshirt are almost as comfy as my jammies
Mommy2BAK replied: i usually stay in my pj's as long as possible.
gr33n3y3z replied: I only stay in them for about 20 min. after I'm up then I get changed into jeans but I do have some lounge pants from VS and thats what I wear to bed that type of pants only
Kirstenmumof3 replied: Ed to much info!
grandma replied: lol - No, I work. But sometimes on weekends IF my husband is up north, I'll stay in them all day. For some reason I feel quilty doing that - go figure.
stella6979 replied: Absolutely!! LOL! Now that I'm a SAHM, if we don't have plans to go anywhere, what's the point in dirtying up more clothes?
3xsthefun replied: Not usually. Sometimes I will on the weekends if we don't have anywhere to go.
holley79 replied: I wish I could. I work M-F usually Sat is errands day and Sun are visiting family days.
mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied: Ditto.
~Roo'sMama~ replied: I do. I have all my life - one of the things that came from being homeschooled and living in the country. Sometimes I get dressed even if I'm not going anywhere, but I'm just a lot more comfortable in my pj's. If I had sweats that weren't pj's that would work too, I just don't have any.
ETA: Nina I totally put my pj's back on afterI get home too. I like being comfy!
MotherForever2043 replied: no, I prefer to wear sweats all day. I think pj's make me look like I didn't take a shower (even if I did).
AlexsPajamaMama replied: I agree!!!
lovemy2 replied: We do as often as possible - we stay in our jammies - have bowls of marshmallows for breakfast and dance around all morning its my favorite kind of day with my kids
luvmykids replied: Can I come live with you?
