Do your kids - unintentionally insult you?
mckayleesmom wrote: This is kind of the funny things kids say post.....McKaylee always insults me when she thinks she is being nice....
She always tells me that she can't wait to grow up and be fat and short like me.....
luvmykids replied: Yeah, like the other post about Kylie and acne....she says "I still think you're the prettiest mom even though I wish you didn't have pimples"
They all love to tell me I'm the best mom they've ever had....I've tried to explain that I'm the ONLY mom they have and they just say "Yeah, and still the best I've ever had."
amynicole21 replied: Oh yea, Sophia is always saying she loves my big, squishy belly Thanks, babe.
mckayleesmom replied: Mckaylee always tells me that Im the best mom she has ever had too...and I just laugh.
She also says The best mom Ive ever known...
sparkys2boys replied: Yup, all the time.. thank you for that kids!! I can't think of anything right off the top but they do it and I always have to laugh at them.
Calimama replied: My mom always reminds me that I used to tell her that I wanted to pretty like her, only taller and tanner.
CantWait replied: ya, Anthony tells me he loves me cause I'm so "soft". And I'm talking about my skin either lol.
A&A'smommy replied: You know I don't think I have ever noticed alyssa saying something like that
she probably will though especially after the baby is born... she did tell one of my best friends like 2 weeks after she had her baby that her belly was squishy thank goodness she has a good sense of humor, bless her heart!!!
My3LilMonkeys replied: That's Brooke's favorite thing to tell me too.
CantWait replied: opps meant, NOT!!
mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied: Wil has said "mommy, you have an owie on your face", while pointing to my zits. But that's about it, so far!
MyBlueEyedBabies replied: KAty says that kid of stuff but typically it seems intentional. like mommy you could get that work out video on TV and then you wouldn't be fat
grapfruit replied: ouch
grapfruit replied: My brother had 2 in one day when he was little.
Our grandma (really our uncle's mom, but we call her grandma) is Czech, so she's short and round. He was hanging out w/her (this was Thanksgiving) and said, "Gee Grandma, you must weigh a ton!"
then later, he saw my aunt (a different uncle's then fiance) w/no teeth for the first time. She had gotten them pulled and fitted for dentures before their wedding. He looked at my mom and LOUDLY said, "Mom, when's Dee going to grow her teeth back?"
We give him crap about it now, but it had to be over 10 years ago that he said all that.
Crystalina replied: Yep, whenever a weight loss commercial comes on it's "Mommy, have you tried THAT one?"
