Doctor's Appt Today... - Lots to tell

Okay, my doctor and I finally decided on a delivery date. It is: June 15 . That will make me exactly 38 weeks. Which is what my doc wanted. So, June 6 was not going to work.She wanted to make sure the baby would be born healthy with no complications. Today when I went to my doc's appt, she told me that I was 1cm dialated. I'm so excited. I am scheduled to go and get an ultrasound on June 6th. On the same day, I have to go get some tests done. My doc also told me that a nurse will call me June 24th, and let me know what time to come into the hospital. It will probably be in the morning. And it's really important that Esther and Amber are there, so I'm willing to make an exception and let them miss school that day But I feel kinda bad because Esther had perfect attendance, and she HATES missing school. This is what she told me after I told her about th edelivery date: "MOM!, I can't miss scoll. I could get a scholarship for perfect attendance. And, there is always lots of gossip in High School. One day out and you miss everything!" But she was okay with it after checking her schedule and everything I was like "Thanks for taking the time off to see you mom deliver your baby brother" OMG!! I'm having a baby. It JUST totally hit me.

Soory, typo. I meant to say June 14th. Yes, it does prove how excited I am. It's pretty cool to know exactly when your going to meet your baby.

I was wondering the same I thought we went to school late we get out on the 18th here

MotherForever2043 replied: Over here school starts around the 7th of September, then ends around the 18th of June. but because of all the snow days, school is ending June 21.
