Does Santa use different wrapping paper than you?

amynicole21 wrote: I'm worried that Sophia will recognize Santa's wrapping paper and name tags... she's so inquisitive these days. rolleyes.gif I guess I'll have to start paying attention to such things in the future tongue.gif

The Tooth Fairy actually disguised her handwriting on her note a few weeks ago... I just didn't carry it forward to the whole Santa bit...

Our Lil' Family replied: Well, no because Santa doesn't wrap in our house. He's just TOO busy! wink.gif

hoosier momma replied: Santa doesn't wrap here either. My parents never wrapped from Santa and I will continue the tradition.

MommyToAshley replied: Yes, he uses special paper that has Santa's on it. I am not sure that it would have mattered this year, but it probably will next. I bet Santa just wrapped the presents at your house while the kids were asleep -- that's why the paper is the same.

I'm so excited that Santa comes tonight -- how about you???

gr33n3y3z replied: Yes he does and some was wrapped and some were not smile.gif

Kaitlin'smom replied: he uses different paper than we do, and it only has a K on it so she knows its hers, no lables.

kit_kats_mom replied: my mom actually used brown paper grocery bags for the santa gifts when I was little. I have a roll of very shiny red paper and a special roll of red and silver ribbon for him that I have used every year so far....and they are hidden quite well. LOL

This year he isn't wrapping though. He's just putting the bow on the big gift and leaving it set up in the living room.

eta: he also types his letters on the computer and prints them out on red paper. He signs them very...ummmm artistically. rolling_smile.gif

My3LilMonkeys replied: Yes he does - Brooke notices EVERY little detail and I know there's no way we could fool her on that one!

MomToJade&Jordan replied: I had to buy Santa's wrapping paper while Jade was with me the other night. I told her that Santa might need some help with the wrapping. happy.gif

luvmykids replied: Usually he uses different paper, but once in awhile he might need me to wrap stuff for him laugh.gif

BAC'sMom replied: Santa doesn't wrap here either he is too busy tongue.gif

mckayleesmom replied: Last night the kids caught me wrapping presents and I told them that I was helping Santa out because some of the elves had the flu. rolling_smile.gif

Mommy2Isabella replied: This year ... she doesn't have a CLUE .. so we just used the same paper for as the rest of the gifts and just wrote Santa on it .. < for tradition sake I guess.

Next year though, I forsee Santa and Mrs. Clause being VERY BUSY with 2 small children in the house and don't think they will be able to wrap so Santa will just leave the special gift set up for them to see when they come downstairs in the morning smile.gif

DillsMommy replied: Santa shares our paper. He's so busy he must have forgot his own. rolling_smile.gif

Hillbilly Housewife replied: we don't actually "do" santa here. unsure.gif

Boo&BugsMom replied: Different paper here, and each boy has their own paper. I wrap almost everything because I like for them to wait in suspense as they open each present. First we open our stockings up and I also wrap those things up as well. Then, after stockings we take turns opening the gifts under the tree until all are opened.

Bamamom replied: Santa doesn't wrap here. They pick out a special spot for Santa to leave their stuff - usually by the fireplace.

DillsMommy replied: I didn't realize so many people DIDN'T wrap Santa's gifts. dunno.gif

Kirstenmumof3 replied: thumb.gif We used too. But then it got to confusing. But the tags were always written differnetly. I would write the ones from Santa and DH would do the ones from us.

Maddie&EthansMom replied: We don't wrap Santa gifts either. My parents never did, but Scotty's parents did. wink.gif

Calimama replied: Yep, Santa uses different paper. Half the fun for me was tearing the paper off of the gifts so I'll continue with that tradition with Miabella.

MyBrownEyedBoy replied: Santa never wrapped at our house. He just left 3 unwrapped gifts (one for each kid) on the sofa and filled our stockings.

MoonMama replied:
Same here. Its how my parents did it and we are doing it. thumb.gif

Boo&BugsMom replied:
Me neither. huh.gif To me it just goes hand in hand...present=wrapping. laugh.gif

kit_kats_mom replied:
usually santa brings the biggies and they are already set up. Last year he left a trampoline and bicycle in the middle of our living room with the girls names on tags and big ribbons. This year he's leaving an easel for both of them. rolling_smile.gif

waaay too bulky for him to wrap. but he does put beautiful giant bows on them and glittery name tags.

AlexsPajamaMama replied: This year Santa wrapped his gifts in Santa paper and I wrapped the gifts from us in Spider Man paper

Its the first year I've dont it that way, not sure if it would have mattered but it is a cute tradition.

msoulz replied: Yes, usually. This year I have one that no longer believes and one who has no clue so we got off easy in the wrapping!!

Cece00 replied: Santa doesnt wrap presents he brings to our home. It makes things REALLY easy.
