A&A'smommy replied: huh???
MoonMama replied: Do mean like 2 kids born within 12 months of each other?
CantWait replied: Yikes, I'm thinking there may be an announcment on the way
cameragirl21 replied: are you pg again? If so, congrats. Tamara does, if I recall correctly, her twins were born about 10 months after her baby boy was born, so I guess that would be Irish triplets...?
A&A'smommy replied: I know LOTS of people who do!!!
Cece00 replied: Yup. I have 2 kids barely 11 months apart.
jcc64 replied: I'm an Irish twin--my brother was born in January, and I in December, of the same year.
moped replied: I think it is 2 born in the same calendar year.......
lesliesmom replied: Irish twins can be 2 children born within 12 months of each other or in the same calendar year... I have a friend with 2 sets of them. (not sure if her oldest 2 are also part of that calendar so she may actually have 3 sets).
youngmomofone replied: yeah it's two babies within 12 months or 12 calendar months. in my case it is 12 months. dh and I were very careful with condoms because we wanted to ttc when Lexi was 6 months so didn't want any hormonal birth control, but i guess we weren't careful enough. I go to the doc next wk to confirm the pregnancy and we will go from there.
CantWait replied: Congratulations!!!!
ZandersMama replied: awsome congrats!
redchief replied: Congrats!
Sam & Abby's Mom replied: Congrats !!!!
My Mom and Dad had their first 5 kids within 5 years. She said she loved having them that close in age.
youngmomofone replied: Really?? Wow, that's cool. Me, on the other hand, am scared! Everyone thought this would happen after I had my first since I had just turned 19 a few wks before she was born.
Sam & Abby's Mom replied: yes -- she really did like having them close like that.
Mine are 18 months apart and it was not as rough as I thought it would be.
