I'm still thinking I would like to use Caroline as the middle because of my mom, but I think Isabella Caroline sounds the best together, Olivia Caroline doesn't sound bad either...

Does the baby's mom (I think it's your DH's niece) want to name her or doesn't care? What's her name? You could maybe use her birthmom's name as a middle, that may be sweet, but depending on the name and your last name, and if you'd really want to, etc. you may not. Just an idea. Good luck.

Our Lil' Family replied: I really like it! I love the name Caroline. My friend has a daughter named Isabella Mia and we call her Isa for short....but it's not like is-a it's ee-ca, hope that makes sense.
