Does time go faster when you become a parent?

MommyToAshley wrote: Is it just me, or do your days, weeks, and months seem to fly by the moment you become a parent? It seems like the day just flies by, and the week is over before it even starts. I can't believe tomorrow is Monday already... where did last week go? I just noticed this happening since I became a Mommy.

~Roo'sMama~ replied: Lol I've been noticing that time has been going faster for me every year... and I'm not even a mommy yet! If time goes by even faster once I have kids I'll be doomed! wacko.gif

A&A'smommy replied: lol well yeah it seems like the year goes by really fast which kinda sucks because Alyssa almost a year old bawling.gif bawling.gif

Maddie&EthansMom replied: Yes! And especially after they get older. ohmy.gif I have no idea where my day goes. unsure.gif I remember being in school waiting for Christmas...it seemed like it took forever to get here, now it gets here too fast!! tongue.gif

alice&arik replied: I KWYM!! I think the days go by so fast! It's like one day I'll put the trash out and then all of a sudden it is Thursday again and I have to take it out again. I don't mind it though. The only days that seem to drag are at work when it is slow. rolleyes.gif

MomToJade&Jordan replied: Oh yeah. I think about this on a regular basis. I get up with Jade in the morning and the next thing I know the sun is going down again. At this rate we will be off this island in no time. Less then a year to go!

Kaitlin'smom replied: I would deffinatly agree with that I mean where has this year gone? its October already? huh I feel like I just loose days. Will it ever slow down?

redchief replied: Wait 'til they become teenagers wink.gif

momof2girls replied: I agree as well TIme goes by faster as your kids get older too!!!!

Mom2Boyz replied: I"ve noticed that too!!! When I was pg, it seemed like I had been pg forever, but the last year has just flown by.

MomToMany replied: Most definitely, especially when you have lots of kids! That's why it's so hard for me to find time to do the things I want to do. The time just isn't there.

Boys r us replied: Oh yes!! Time flies when you become a mommy! You know how people always tell you to enjoy them while they're young b/c they get big so quick...Well, just trust me on this...you don't fully understand that until they're about 7 or 8 and you look at them one day and think..what happened here? I was just changing your diaper yesterday!

My2Beauties replied: Yes, I can't believe Hanna will be one year old in 1 month and 3 days! bawling.gif My baby is getting big!!!

kimberley replied: yup! i miss years at a time lol. it still feels like yesterday that jade was born and the boys were toddlers wacko.gif now my first baby is almost 8yo! ohmy.gif bawling.gif

Josie83 replied: yeah, totally! there's never any time for ANYHTHING!! xx

3xsthefun replied: Yep! It has flown by for me! Kaitlynn will be 5 years old in February and Maegan will be 1 year old next month. Were in the world does the time go. unsure.gif Both of my girls are growing up on me way to fast. sad.gif
