Does you baby watch videos??

maliksmommy replied: Malik will sit through all of baby mozart and sometimes watch it 2 times he loves it so much. He also like Country Baby and Baby Einstein Neighborhood Animals:) He gets a big smile on his face when he hears the music at the beginning because he knows whats coming.

MommyToAshley replied: Did anyone see Oprah last Friday? They had the lady that made the Baby Einstein videos on the show. She came up with the idea to film stuff that her own baby liked to watch. She just borrowed the camera and lighting equipment and filmed them in her home. At first, the toy stores turned her down and then one decided to give it a try. Neat story!

kit_kats_mom replied: Katherine loves her baby einstein, bach and mozart videos. She also LOVES the teletubbies which I think is some wierd cult like alien influence, but I regress. LOL She mostly just likes the baby in the sun. Giggles every time!

He can sit through an entire Baby Einstein video (I only have the shapes one and the animals one), but I found these really cute short videos at Walmart.

It's what I ended up buying for my 1 year old (step)-nephew....1.88$ (Canadian funds) each. There's one on telling time, one on shapes, one on colors, one on animals and one on letters & numbers. They are for ages 3-6, really, but at Caleb's (nephew) party, all the kids watched 2 of them, and they were pretty entranced by them. So I went back to Walmart the next day, and got the same little set for Zach!

babylove replied: Elsa loves the Baby Einstein videos as well!!! She laughs and kicks when I even put her in front of the TV. DH is a big fan of the TV, and she obviuosly takes after him in that regard.

Well, he showed me what she does if he puts his hand in front of her and blocks the TV... she will smack his hand out of the way. LOL ... guess you had to be there...it was funny to see.
