Im Julie & my partner is Peter and we are expecting our first baby together, we can't wait to hold the little bundle of joy in our arms.
People have asked us do we know the sex of the baby but we don't want to know the sex as we think it spoils the surprise.
This baby was unexpected as I got that I couldn't have kids so as you can imagine it was a big shock but a nice one at that, we soon got used to the idea of being parents.

How are you this morning, has anyone had bad nights as I had a bad the other night the baby kept kicking me like mad but I had a better night last night.
PrairieMom replied: i just had one the other night. Mine kept pushing off my rib cage. It felt like she was trying to kink off my Liver or something!  She has no regard for vital organs that I may be using.  I finally had to get up and walk around!

I am feeling absolutely great, I really enjoy being pregnant besides the the backache and the sleepness nights from the baby kicking me like mad.

I am 24 weeks into my pregnancy, we can't wait to hold the little bundle of joy in our arms.
We don't want to know the sex of the baby as we think it spoils the surprise but we have had people telling us that we are going to be having a little girl, so we shall have to wait and see.

Mommy2Isabella replied: Hi and welcome to the Club. Sal< DH and I were told I couldn't get pregnant either. Low and behold .. here I am 22 weeks along! Though it hasn't been a smooth ride, I woudln't take any of it back FOR THE WORLD!!!! We just found out we are having a girl!!!!
Hope you find some time to get some sleep in without kicking, that is becoming a problem for me lately!

As for finding soem time to get some sleep that is doubtful for tonight as I have been feeling a lot of non stop movement.

You are right the doctors know nothing. I got told when I was 17 I had a really bad miscarriage but I have proved them wrong now haven't I.

We found out last Wednesday that I am on a high risk level for DVT, the doctor prescribed me junior aspirin, I am doing fine though and so is the baby.

This pregnancy was a big shock for us as I got told that I could never have kids after a really bad miscarriage, but I guess I have proved them worng hey.
But we soon got used to the idea of being parents can't wait to hold the little bundle of joy.

Sorry I haven't been around but I have been getting ready for the arrival of the little one.
How is everyone feeling today?
I have been feeling great well besides the chronic backache and the cramp in one of my legs which turns out to be the baby laying on a nerve.
Found out the other day the baby loves the theme tune to the A-team and country music.
