Esther was in a car accident today
MotherForever2043 wrote: It happend around 6:50am this morning on her way to school. My neighboe/best friend Wendy always drives Esther and her daughter to school in the mornings. The accident happend inside the apartment complex (you have to go around the complex to exit). Anyways they were passing behind some parked cars and this parked SUV backed up into the driver's side. Esther was behind the driver(Wendy). Wendy's car is pretty small, the SUV was backed out with speed, so Wendy's car actually got pushed pretty far. Esther called me and told me what had happend and I ran down the street inmy pj's. The ambulance, fire dept, and police got there before me because they called 911 first. Because of Esther's condition (Dystychiphobia) Esther suffered and Anxiety Attack, Hyperventalation, and she also sprained her neck. She got home from the hospital around 12:30 this afternooon. She's upstairs in her room resting. Everyone else was fine. That phone call scared me SO much!!!!!

MotherForever2043 replied: Thanks everyone Yes, it was SO scary!! The doctor said that she's going to be 3x as sore tomorrow She's been taking 500mg of Motrin every 6 hours. She doesn't want to eat anything. I have no idea why. She only had a bite of her french toast at the hospital this morning and she's only eaten some chicken Noodle soup (she only ate a few spoon fulls). Do you guys think I should call the doctor?
MoonMama replied: I would call the doctor just to be on the safe side. But it could just be she isn't feeling well and doesn't have an appetite, or maybe the pain killers? Maybe shook up from the accident? I'm not sure, but I would call just to be sure. Poor Esther.
MommyToAshley replied: Poor girl, I am glad everyone is ok and not more seriously injured.
I'd call the doctor, just to alert them to the eating issues. S/he may just tell you what other symptoms to watch out for.
Hope she's feelign better
sparkys2boys replied: Thats the kind of call that stops a parents heart huh.. how scarey for you and her both I am sooo glad it was not worse then it was and I hope she doesnt end up to sore.
