Ethan's hair

Maddie&EthansMom wrote: Scotty says we need to cut Ethan's hair..that it is getting too long in the back. I can't stand to cut his curls. He is just now GETTING hair, too. I've had several people call him a girl, too. dry.gif Is it time to cut it?? (please say no!) laugh.gif

mckayleesmom replied: Don't cut it yet...I would let the rest of his hair catch up first....I would love those curls.

jdkjd replied: Kiera's was looking like that in the back and was starting to develop a rat-tail kind of look and I chopped it just so the front could catch up.

I don't think Ethan's looks as ratty as Kiera's though...I would just keep the curls as long as you want to.

mom2haley replied: I wouldn't cut them smile.gif I think they're absolutely adorable. Haley doesn't have much hair yet either but she has one curl in the back.

Insanemomof3 replied: Personally, I would NOT cut it. It is not too long, not in his way...his curls are way too cute, and they are only little for a while, keep the curls!!!! wub.gif

booey2 replied: As a mom, I would say no- sleep.gif that being said we had the same problem with Thomas and so many people call him a girl, even when the sitter had him so we took a ton of pictures and went and got his hair all cut off and no-one ever called him a girl again. blush.gif

DansMom replied: Oh, I waited a lot longer than that---for the same reasons, as you know---such a long wait for any hair at all, and then the curls. I do confess, though, that increasing girl assumptions did inspire me to act. I'd wait just a little longer if I were you!

3xsthefun replied: I wouldn't cut it right now.

coasterqueen replied: I wouldn't cut it yet. sad.gif

i luv my kids replied:
ditto~ the curls are way to cute!

PhiMuMommy replied: that is about how long my baby boy's hair was when i gave in and cut it.. he had adorable curls too.. but thankfully his hair still curls a little. ( i went with a bowl cut just to keep some length and some curls..lol)

then again.. i would have loved to have kept his hair longer..lol

My3LilMonkeys replied: I think he is adorable just the way he is!!! I wouldn't cut it yet either.

MommyToAshley replied: I wouldn't be able to cut it.

wub.gif I love Ethan pictures!

A&A'smommy replied: OMG I know this is late but PLEASE don't cut his curls they are SOOO adorable!!!! love2.gif

jacobsmama replied: NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't cut it...it is sooo cute right now..leave it go.. tongue.gif

MyBrownEyedBoy replied: Tough call. I cut Logan's recently, it was hard, he had a few curls in back, but no where near as many as Ethan. Aimee, if you aren't ready for it, don't do it.

kimberley replied: sorry so late in reply but NOOOOOOOOOOO don't cut his hair!! my ex made me cut jacob's at 6mos (he really did have huge loose curls that were long) and the curl never came back and his hair got thick immediately. sad.gif

CantWait replied: Anthony's was much longer and just as if not more curly before I finally cut it. If people can't tell the difference just because his hair, they need a head check.
