When I was still working in NYC, there was a fairly low-rent hotel on the opposite street corner from our office building. I remember looking out the window, and there, right in the window of the hotel opposite our office, was a guy, stark naked, doin' his thing and looking right at us with a demonic look on his face. I will never understand the motivation behind that kind of behavior, but I guess it's a real kick for some guys.....
