FACEBOOK - am I the only one

msoulz replied: No you're not! I have no idea what "nudge" is or whatever. So I have something there but I don't know how to use it. And I have people who have sent me things, like a drink, and I have no idea what that's about either. So any words of wisdom will be appreciated by at least two of us!!

Over on the left it says Facebook on top and then right under it is a little search field, thats where you can type someones name. Also once you get some friends on there, over on the right it says people you may know...if more than one person you know has so and so on their friends so and so will show up there.

Danalana replied: I DESPISED Facebook at first, but that's because I was used to how Myspace works. I am more used to it now, and I like it. It seems like more of my friends are on there. I'm not into a lot of it, though, like sending gifts. It doesn't make any sense to me.

If someone sends you something like a drink, you can accept it but it will add an application to your page. I usually just ignore it unless it looks interesting

I use to think the same thing. In fact, that was the only reason I hadn't had one until recently because it was so annoying. It was SO confusing, but now that I have been on a bit it isn't as confusing anymore. You get use to it, like learning a new computer program.

Danalana replied: Yeah, you just have to spend a little time messing around the site...after a while, you figure things out. It's actually pretty easy and I just discovered the IM. I love that feature because I can chat with people that I don't have on MSN or Yahoo.

My2Beauties replied: OMG I'm so out of the loop, I literally just signed up for a myspace page like a week ago! Much less Facebook...I'm still figuring out myspace.

Crystalina replied: I prefer Myspace as well. Whenever I go to Facebook I have flowers to water and weed and then it asks me to help so & so with their garden and heck! I don't even spend that much time in my real garden.
