FITNESS CLASS - Week 1 ---DAY 1

Every day there will be a new exercise posted. I was going to start out the first day with different kinds of stretches so nobody hurts themselves, but I misplaced the easy stretch article I found that would sum it all up. I think Dh might have pitched it. Anyways I am going to trust that you all know how to stretch instead.
Week 1 Day 1 exercise : 30 sit ups.....for those who already have an exercise routine can do more if they wish, and for those who are starting out should stick to the 30 cause you want to start out gradually to prevent sore muscles.
FACT: You can burn 200 calories by going bowling for 1 hour and 5 minutes.

mckayleesmom replied: I have to admit i haven't done mine yet. Im going to do my pilates first, then sit ups, then a walk.
Mommieto2Girls replied: I made DH do them with me, it took about 10 minutes each to do them though....lol Boy did it hurt!!!!
MommyToAshley replied: We just finished ours. DH, Ashley and I did ours together. Ashley helped...she sat on my feet and pushed on DH's shoulders and giggled. hehe
30 was plenty for me -- Puff Puff Puff. LOL

have an ear infection, and just could not raise my head like that last night, dont worry its not something Kaitlin can get thank goodness, i would not wish this on anyone! but now I know what one feels like it hurts!
