First offer on my house

The counter offered again and I accepted. But I will not get my hopes up untill it is all in writting. Which they are supposed to be doing tonight. My realtor lowered her fees to 3% for me so that I can walk away with more cash. She is the one selling the house on both ends so she will make the entire 3%.

No I cant buy another one till I sell this one. That was the down fall on this one. But I am starting to look now.
