Fisherprice bouncy seat - it broke with ZAVIER in it!

Holy cow, I would think they will make it right for you very quickly - and I would also think they should want the old one back to study to see if it could happen again! A big lawsuit involving an infant is likely the last thing they want. Please do let us know, I am always curious how companies handle such things.

CantWait replied: Yes, baby companies are usually very good with replacing parts etc... You may not get your money back if you can't provide proof of purchase, but they will send you replacement legs.

ZandersMama replied: I called them, and they are going to send me a postage paid package to send back the broken piece. When they recieve the piece, they are going to send me a check for 60$ to replace the seat. They were very apologetic.

Boo&BugsMom replied: OMG! That is the one we have/had for Tanner and Aiden. Actually, Aiden is in it and I am bouncing him right now as I type this! Ours has different little pads though than the one in your picture. They are bigger and a different shape. Seems to be holding up well so far. Glad to hear the little man is ok!
