Found a house! - pics

We ended up putting in a contract on a 3 b/r 2 ba with a bonus room off of the living room that the current users are using as a playroom. We also have a view of a pond and conservation area and a 10x27ft screened in porch. With the 2 car garage, we will have a ton more room than we do in this town house. I'm really excited about decorating!! Wahoo! Here are some pics.
