Girlie Question
moped wrote: Do you gain weight during AF - I swear I have gained a million pounds this month - is it AF or just me?
momofone replied: If could be the time of the year i definitely gain weight in the winter months cuz i'm not as active.
lisar replied: I always ate alot more during AF. Dont know why I just did
mom21kid2dogs replied: I gain before but not during.
My3LilMonkeys replied: I gain a couple days before, usually about 2-3 lbs. I carry it for about 3 days and then it drops.
Can you tell I chart my weight frequently?
~Roo'sMama~ replied: I gain sometimes - probably equal parts water retention and increased food intake.
luvmykids replied: I gain just enough the day before to make my jeans fit a little differently, then by the second day it's gone and I'm back to normal.
A&A'smommy replied: ever since I quit nursing whenever I have AF I bloat like CRAZY it drives me nuts and when it finally goes back to where it should be I get af again
coasterqueen replied: Yep!
But for some reason since I started getting ovarian cysts again I gain weight ALL month EXCEPT when on AF. And I mean a good 5 pounds and fingers so swollen can't get my rings on.
aspenblue1 replied: I do.
MommyToAshley replied: I do too.
My2Beauties replied: I've never tracked it but I certainly have that "bloated" feeling before.
mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied: YES. I'm struggling with it right now. I workout a lot, so I shouldn't be gaining, but ever since I started this new b/c, I've been gaining each month. And it is always worse the week before AF, which is THIS week. I'm up 10 lbs since last year. Hate it. Stress and hormones are not my friend.
