Going MIA

On a side note, if y-all are inclined, I could really use some P&PT about this trip. I have been totally wracked with guilt that I am going, I am also having a LOT of anxiety about it. to the point that I was crying about it last night. I haven't even packed yet, because I am really kind of dreading going. I am a total mess.

(I know, everyone has a suggestion about the "best place to eat").

Also, a great cheap comedy show is The Amazing Johnathon in the Stratosphere. Very funny.

Maddie&EthansMom replied: Dramamine should help some. I'm so sorry...I totally know what you are going thru. It sounds fun to get away in theory, but once it arrives it's so hard to leave the kids. It will get better. At least you're going somewhere fun like Vegas. It will keep your mind off of it at night since nights are the hardest. When I went to Miami I couldn't even talk to my kids on the phone. Just hearing their voices made me so homesick.

That is so true - that is why I don't think I have ever gone away for more than 24 hours and never more than an hour or two away - I keep threatening I am going but have yet to do it
